Recent Achievements:
1. Refurbishment of the Fountain Of Life and surrounding area to provide a village focal point and improved facilities.
2. Installation of an all weather cricket pitch at Scalebor Park for junior cricket (with Burley CC)
3. Organizing the Annual Duck race and Teas in the Park as a fundraising event for the Scouts and Guides and BWCT
4. Extending the Christmas lights including new features and organizing the annual Lights Switch On.
5. Providing and maintaining the Hanging Baskets and Tubs.
6. Helping the fund-raising for additional playground equipment and proposed zip wire.
7. Improving the village website provision to help other village organisations create and maintain their own web site.
8. Providing funding for the new Bowling Pavilion and the Scout & Guide HQ.
9. Purchasing the new bookcases and childrens' furniture in the Library.
